Short Description

Job Responsibilities

The Senior Associate – Order Processing is responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, stock transfers, and inventory transactions to ensure timely order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and efficient supply chain operations. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records, support operational reporting and audits, and drive continuous process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.

1. Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and on time. Coordinate order fulfilment with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
2. Perform ship confirmation upon receipt of complete shipping documents and ensure all pending orders are closed by month-end. 
3. Process stock transfers between warehouses or locations and monitor inventory movements. 
4. Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation and ERP updates.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory audits.
6. Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
7. Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Job Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Operations Management
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, distribution & operation management 
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload efficiently under pressure, and adapt to a fast-moving environment. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Pivot table and Power Point). 
- A positive attitude toward teamwork, mutual support (covering duties and leave rotations), and a willingness to learn new skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
