The OMRON Global Awards (TOGA)
To build a culture that instills empathy, courage and resonance, OMRON started “The OMRON Global Awards (TOGA)” in 2012. The initiative encourages employees to set goals in line with OMRON Principles and gives them the freedom to progress without worrying about the results. Over the years, TOGA has seen thousands of inspiring project entries that have been well awarded and recognized on different platforms.
VOICE
We believe in creating psychologically safe and enabling work environment for our versatile employees by practicing principle-based management. A key initiative exemplifying this is our biennial global engagement survey, VOICE, wherein we invite anonymous feedback from all employees to gauge the ground-level issues, hold discussions to find root causes, resolutions and adopt reforms.
