To support the growth of our activities in Poland (Warsaw), we are looking for an a dynamic, results-driven and motivated person for the position of:
Marketing Specialist&Sales Support
In this role, you will:
- Closely cooperate with central marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, social media, email)
- Manage and grow company presence on platforms such as LinkedIn or similar
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms
- Optimize website content and landing pages for conversions
- Support lead generation campaigns and nurture strategies
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase brand visibility and recognition in local markets
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels and materials
- Localize global marketing content to fit regional market needs
- Coordinate content creation (blog posts, case studies, newsletters, whitepapers)
- Support PR activities, partnerships, and event marketing (webinars, trade shows, conferences)
- Work closely with agencies and channel partners to co-develop marketing activities
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Marketing budget management
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field,
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a technology or industrial automation company,
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms,
- Experience with SEO, paid advertising, and social media management,
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills,
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global and local teams,
- English proficiency (minimum B2),
- Experience in partner or channel marketing.
