We are currently recruiting a dedicated, driven Regional Marketing Manager to join our team based in our office in Warsaw, Poland. 

About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for setting the marketing strategy for the OMRON business in the region of responsibility, creating annual plans, managing regional budgets, tracking activation & performance, supporting commercial teams in KPI delivery & business growth. This position is perfect for a creative but commercially minded, ambitious professional who is eager to make a real impact. 
Key activities:

  • Setting the marketing strategy for the OMRON business in the region of and ensuring that EMEA strategies (both for base and new businesses) are implemented locally
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to develop actionable market intelligence.
  • Developing and executing annual omnichannel marketing and trade plans in collaboration with Commercial Directors, Sales Teams, and Business Partners.
  • Creating, maintaining and conducting analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.Collaborating with central digital marketing to evolve our brand and product value propositions. 
  •  Managing the design and production of promotional materials, approval, launch and evaluation (from digital assets to POSM).
  • Managing OMRON’s presence at regional trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Monitoring and optimiation of marketing budget to ensure ROI.
  • Working closely with local sales team by providing marketing materials &insights, joining key customer meetings and market visit. You'll also collaborate with Business Partners to deliver quarterly sales cycle materials, product training, and pharmacy tools, while leading regular training sessions to ensure product knowledge and competitive positioning.
  • Cooperation with Medical Marketing & creation of training materials for pharmacies (offline & online) & key accounts.
  • Managing Healthcare Professional (HCP) activities (workshops, webinars, etc.)

The ideal candidate would have:

•    Master’s degree in marketing, management or similar
•    Ideally 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/healthcare sector
•    Experience in trade marketing, omnichannel marketing, budget management
•    Pharmacy channel experience is a plus
•    Online/e-commerce experience is a plus
•    Strong analytical thinking & drive for success
•    Polish language as native language
•    Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
•    Russian language is a plus
