About the role:
In this role, you will be part of a commercial team reporting to the Commercial Director. You will be responsible for strengthening & optimizing the business partner network to ensure consistent business growth in the region.The position will be hybrid with a dedicated space in the Warsaw, Poland office.
Your key responsibilities:
- Delivering sales & margin targets across the CIS region, consisting of Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan.
- Development and execution of region-specific strategies addressing market needs & aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing business partners, while identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Analyse market share, penetration, and distribution performance, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and improvement actions.
- Planning and execution of annual sales & marketing plans, campaigns, and sales promotions.
- Close collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Customer Support to align sales with overall business goals.
- Implementation of OMRON’s strategy & guidelines by business partners.
- Coordination of marketing activities with business partners & OMRON marketing team.
- Conducting structured quarterly business reviews for top revenue or strategic accounts.
- In-person visits to all key accounts within 3 months of onboarding and maintaining regular engagement.
To succeed in the role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, etc.
- 6-8 years proven sales experience in the FMCG or Healthcare sector.
- Proven experience driving account growth and territory expansion across multiple markets, supported by strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work independently with strong accountability.
- Fluency in both Russian and English is required.
- Pharmacy channel management is a plus.
- Driving licens
