Role Overview: OMRON is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and take our digital presence to the next level. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this key role will be responsible for developing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.  

Location: Engineering Innovation Hub, 6 Hassall Street, Parramatta NSW 2150


Key Responsibilities: 


1. Develop and Execute Digital Strategies:  

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends. 
  • Drive performance across all digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising and retargeting. 
  • Optimizing the company’s e-store by increasing traffic, conversion rates, and enhancing online sales through better user experience and promotions. 
  • Promote the recently established Sydney Proof of Concept (PoC) Centre through innovative digital and marketing campaigns, showcasing its capabilities to expand business opportunities. 

 

2. Lead Content Creation and Campaigns: 

  • Lead content marketing initiatives such as social media, webinars, whitepapers and videos to generate leads and boost engagement. 
  • Manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, including targeted email marketing aimed at increasing e-store activity. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product) to ensure marketing efforts support product launches and promotions, driving measurable results. 

 

3. Performance Analysis and Innovation: 

  • Analyse KPIs to refine campaigns and maximize ROI. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new digital marketing tools to keep the company competitive and relevant. 
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution across all digital platforms. 

 

4. Any other duties assigned by the direct manager. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field with 5+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B. 

Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies. 

Technical Expertise: Proficient in SEO, SEM, e-commerce, and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) with strong knowledge of digital marketing & B2B practices. 

Innovative and Agile: Clear communicator with a curiosity to adopt new technologies.
