Short Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver face-to-face and virtual delivery of training programs with a stronger focus on Soft Skills in APAC in alignment with business needs upon request where required.
- Provide regional support in end-to-end learning operations(e.g.: Learning calendar planning, scheduling, and publicity) and maintenance and enhancement of learning management and talent management systems (HRMS) in collaboration with the Global system team, and maintenance and analysis of related data.
- Evaluate and work with training vendors where needed on training programs based on organization and employee needs.
- Act as learning partners by working closely with the businesses to translate business requirements into training needs and learning plans
- Manage and support regional and global projects and initiatives in Learning and Organisation Development to build the organizational capabilities including Competency and career path framework development, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, organization's valued behaviors and culture-building activities, and Employee engagement surveys
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in a learning and development role.
- Experience in facilitation, design of learning interventions/programmes of different modalities (e.g. face-to-face, virtual, blended), with excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Training facilitation certification from recognized institutions such as Institute for Adult Learning Singapore (IAL-ACLP), DDI or Franklin Covey, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of effective learning methodologies and tools for instructional design, learning evaluation, etc.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset.
- Good organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
