Senior Executive - Marketing plan, develop & implement day-to-day marketing activities, dealing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders assigned by Manager.
The successful candidate will be engaged on a contract basis through a third-party partner supporting OMRON Healthcare APAC.
Job Responsibilities:
- Align & implement country marketing initiatives with focus on promoting products to retailers and distributors through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Perform market analysis, prepare business reports and marketing promotional plan.
- Create, innovate and respond to market needs with promotions & campaigns which may include consumer promotion mechanisms and loyalty programsto support the growtth in market share.
- Establish & maintain rapport & relationships with external stakeholders (i.e. 3rd party vendors, Advertising/ Creative Agencies, Healthcare / Medical Associations etc.).
- Perform training and product knowledge education to distributor and/or outlet's frontliners.
- Support in other projects that may be needed from time to time.
Note:
All contracts are negotiated & concluded at the Singapore HQ. This role will focus on the promotion & marketing of Omron Healthcare products in Malaysia.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marcomm or Business with specialisation in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification.
- Have hands-on experience in planning through execution of marketing activities preferably in pharma / FMCG / consumer device industry.
- Strong in communication; preferably in English and local languages, well-organised creative thinking and good negotiating skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively prioritise tasks based on job requirements and deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Skilled in fostering positive relationships and effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experienced in engaging with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure successful collaborations.
- Shows commitment to following regulatory standards and guidelines.
