Short Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to prepare and execute product promotion plans and achieve the product targets pro-actively (Relay/SMPS/Temp Controller/Limit Switch/Timer/Motor Protection relay/Condition monitoring etc)
  • Product position in the market segment wrt feature, value & competitors
  • Responsible for implementing & monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales plans as per the product / branch / industry forecast. Develop and execute mid & long-term strategy for business growth.
  • Won & Loss analysis cases against competition, gain market intelligence (3C – Customer / Competitors/Company) & set counter strategy to grow further - deeper & wider
  • To foster & monitor product sales by offering bundle solutions to the potential G10K customers (existing + new) across all industry segments and maintain healthy relationship to ensure Y-o-Y growth
  • Building strategic relationship with existing & new Channel partners
  • Intra-department coordination within organization to deliver the best services & solutions as per the commitment given to customers.
  • Responsible to prepare sales weapon, promotional plan / in-house seminars / product demos / road shows / Content for Digital promotion for sales /  customer’s site as per the requirement.
  • Responsible for Reports, presentation & Analysis


Job Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
 - Bachelor’s in Engineering (Instrumentation or Electronics) (or equivalent) 
 - MBA (or equivalent) in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Work Experience:
 - 6 to 8 years of experience of industrial components  product in Automotive, FMCG, Energy, Panel Builders & Infrastructure
 - Should have min 3-5 years of experience of product management.

Functional Competencies:
 - Good Analytical skills and ability to use Microsoft Tools to analyze and represent that statistical information
 - Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.

Behavioral Competencies:
 - Sense of urgency, time conscious, amicable, assertive & Resourceful

Travel requirements:
 - Travelling local as well as to all branch location as per business requirement
