We are looking for a dynamic, commercially savvy and technically minded Business Development Manager (BDM) who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and knows how to turn opportunities into success.
Where you can be based
Nordics/Baltics, DACH/EMO, Iberia, Italy, or France (hybrid or fully remote depending on location)
What you’ll be doing
As a BDM at Omron, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy—owning the full customer acquisition journey and making a tangible impact on the business.
You will:
- Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across European markets
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive opportunities from prospecting through to conversion
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives to maximize outreach impact
- Representing Omron at industry events, exhibitions and customer engagements
- Nurture leads and develops long-term customer partnerships
- Navigate complex organizations and supply chains to influence and win at every level
You will take full ownership of the design-in / design-win cycle, making you a key driver of our future success.
