REQUIREMENTS

Education: University Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent

Professional Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in trade marketing, budget management, and market trends.

Language: Intermediate English (verbal & written) 

Position Summary: The trade marketing coordinator will be responsible for brand development at the point of sale in Mexico, executing strategic activities. The clients include pharmacy chains, self-service stores, wholesalers and clubs. Some everyday tasks in the position include developing and implementing well thought out media plan negotiations, POP material, displays executions and exhibitions in order to increase sell out.

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the trade marketing strategy in Mexico, making sure the correct development and efficient implementation of activities for the point of sale, in accordance with marketing strategy and guidelines for all clients.
  • Participate in the development on iniciatives, following up on the business plans defined to promote core categories at POS.
  • Budget annual administration and monthly financial conciliation.
  • Responsible of production of material and delivery to sales force and logistics in order to accomplish season TOP activities.
  • Constant training for sales force to ensure product use, correct speech to accomplish recommendation of pharmacy clerks.
  • Attending and presenting at trade shows and events on behalf of the business.
  • Maintain supplier’s relationships for annual negotiations and executions.

 

Education and experience:

 

  • University Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 4 years’ experience in trade marketing, budget management, market trends,
  • Intermediate English (verbal & written)
  • Analytic thinking
  • Proactive & Dynamic
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
