About the Role:

As a Marketing Officer, you will be at the heart of our regional marketing efforts, supporting both Germany and France. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will coordinate marketing deliverables such as POS materials, campaign assets and training materials. 

Location: Mannheim, Germany (Hybrid)  

Employment Type: Full-time  

Key Activities:

• Coordinate marketing materials and ensure timely execution (POS materials, content, campaign assets, translations, etc.)  

• Collaborate with local sales teams, the Regional Marketing Manager, and central EMEA marketing to align marketing activities  

• Keep promotional materials up-to-date and well-organized  

• Provide administrative support (e.g., product info, registrations, purchase orders, invoicing)  

• Support marketing events, such as congresses, PR activities, and training sessions

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (internship experience included)

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field  

• Strong project management and multitasking skills

• Fluent in English & German (written & verbal) – French or another European language is a plus  

• Proactive, hands-on attitude and a strong team player  

• Creativity, flexibility, and a keen eye for detail
