OMRON Healthcare is looking for new talent to join its ranks as Marketing Manager for the German market.

 

About The Role:
The Marketing Manager is in charge to develop and implement the omni channel marketing strategy) in strong collaboration with the local sales team, central EMEA marketing,  and the distribution partners, to support the business growth. He/she actively manages marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the German Sales organization.

The role is in Germany in our office in Mannheim (hybrid working mode) and will report to Commercial Director Germany

 

Your Key Activities:

  • Develop the omni channel marketing plan for the OMRON business for Germany:

•    Create annual calendar of activities (across channels: offline & online) 
•    Go-to Market:Develop and roll-out Go-to-Market strategy such as B2B/POS (e.g. trainings for pharmacists, shelf displays etc.) and consumer activities 
•    Project work: all projects need to be steered regarding time/budget + organizing the cross-functional team
•    Launches: Coordinate new product launches and related campaigns
•    Tracking: track effectiveness of marketing activities (KPIs definition & ROI analysis) and report findings 
•   Collaborate with the EMEA Digital Marketing team to execute the bests digital marketing activities.

  • Adapt the marketing toolkit to the local needs by developing promotional material

  • Negotiate and liaise with third-party marketing agencies

  • Daily management of the marketing budget: ensure the monthly landing is on track and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.

  • Collaborate closely with the EMEA Marketing team to ensure best in class execution of activities and gain best practice insights into other EMEA markets

  • Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors:

  • Analyze on a monthly basis the sell-out data for OMRON and the competition and discover actionable insights.

  • Run regular competitive analysis to identify new products on the markets, to identify new technologies (connected devices, ECG…) or to prepare a product launch.

 

To Succeed In The Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's) in Marketing / Business or related field.

  • Minimum three years’ experience in marketing or trade marketing ideally within the  healthcare industry.

  • Fluent in German and excellent English language skills (both written and verbal).

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.

  • A team player, who can adapt to a dynamic, changing environment.

  • Fast learner and a can-do attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and flexibility.
