Short Description

Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Executive - Sales Support will be responsible for a variety of sales duties, including supporting the sales team, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring payments received for outstanding invoices. 

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication with internal departments and external distributors to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues that may arise e.g. on products or technical queries, customer payments, processing of purchase order, logistics on delivery date.
  • Handle all sales related activities and documentation. Prepare quotations and provide support such as price quotation, issuing of invoices, delivery order, and manage shipments.
  • Support the sales team by providing pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to distributors /customers with the aim to support Sales to drive sales & desired growth.
  • Maintain sales records, analyze and report to sales manager and management.
  • Manages and coordinates account receivable activities and billing, collection of payments, reconciliation to the general ledger. Prepare report to update sales manager and management on collection efforts progress.
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, sales and/or equivalent professional qualification 
  • Have 4-5 years of experience in sales coordination and administration. 
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS office suite
  • Travelling Requirements: As required
