Job Title:  Marketing Executive

Short Description

The Marketing Executive provides support for Marketing Department in terms of day-to-day marketing operational, dealing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders assigned by Marketing Manager, as well as managing stocks & requests for promotional materials.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute the implementation of the Marketing Plan as approved by Marketing Manager including but not limited to new product launches such as product training, promotion tools (BTL & ATL) and engage in event/activity. 
  • Support in managing participation in product knowledge training (PKT), pharmacy summits, industry exhibitions/congress, and other medical related events to promote the company and portfolio branding and services. 
  • Perform market analysis such as competitor analysis, market research and business opportunity for new category. 
  • Support in A&P management, in part of controlling inventory management and asset management  
  • Maintain good relationships with external (ie. 3rd party vendors, Advertising/ Creative Agencies, Health/ Medical Associations, Foundations, etc.) 
  • Provide administrative support and good teamwork with internal stakeholders 
  • Perform training and product knowledge education to distributor and/or outlet’s frontliners. 
  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Mass Communication, or any equivalent field 
  • Two (2) to Four (4) years of experience in Marketing; prior Sales or Marketing experience of at least one (1) year in a Consumer Healthcare industry is an advantage. 
  • Strong in communication; preferably good in English both written and oral
  • Self-starter, well-organized, good creative thinking and negotiation skills 
  • Able to prioritize tasks according to job demands and deadlines, resulting in high-quality results. 
  • Skilled in fostering positive relationships and effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Capable of maintaining accurate records and managing stock efficiently, while providing support for documentation filing. 
  • Experienced in engaging with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure successful collaborations 
  • Shows commitment to following regulatory standards and guidelines
