Job Title:  Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for the achievement of sales and distribution targets within the designated area through active sales in given sales channel. This will require extensive product detailing and demonstration to customers, improve and implement merchandising and visibility, and manage and increase distribution network in their designated area.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell Omron products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Perform business development by conducting market research to identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
  • Build up and maintain a good business relationship between Omron and potential/new customers in the designated area.
  • Analyze, signal, and report customer potential, market shares, and sales in the designated area and develop action plans to increase market share and gather and share market and competitor information.
  • Provide product training to customers and partner medical distributors.  
  • Support the marketing team in executing marketing projects (medical and trade) and tasks in assigned area.
  • Maintain and grow the Market share for Omron Healthcare brands in the assigned area
  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • With at least 2-4 years’ experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales, account management, or key account handling. Prior experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices industry would be an added advantage
  • Has a good background and knowledge with technical sales and marketing.
  • Proficient in the English, both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team
  • Has a positive mindset and has an ability to thrive on challenges
  • Willing to travel for client visits to cover the assigned area
