Short Description

Job Responsibilities:

The Executive - Sales is responsible for driving sales and managing key customer relationships in healthcare institutions, medical distributors, and key accounts. This position focuses on generating new business, managing a portfolio of key accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within a B2B (Business to Business) context. The role involves business development, managing large-scale accounts, and providing exceptional service to maintain long-term relationships.

- Present and sell Omron products and services to current and potential customers.

- Perform business development by conducting market research to identify potential clients and generate new business leads.

- Build up and maintain a good business relationship between Omron and (potential) customers in the designated area.

- Analyze, signal and report customer potential, market shares and sales in the designated area and develop action plans to increase market share and gather and share market and competitor information.

- Provide product training to customers and partner medical distributors.

- Support the marketing team in executing marketing projects (medical and trade) and tasks in his/her area.

- Maintain and grow the Market share for Omron Healthcare brands in the area responsible.

 

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in related field

- 2-4 years' experience in B2B sales, account management, or key account handling; prior experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices industry would be an added advantage

- Proficient in the English and local language, both written and verbal

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
