Short Description

Responsibilities

Triage all Ariba tickets as first point of contact and escalate to Tier 2 as necessary
Responsible for Master Data Management, Transaction Management, and Payment requests
Payment requests. Monitoring Ariba System operational alert logs
Development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manuals for the creation and maintenance of master data.
Create Ariba knowledge articles on frequently asked questions and add to ServiceNow.

Experience:

At least four (4) years relevant experience in related field
At least one (1) year relevant experience in Financial Shared Services
Excellent communication skills
