Short Description
The primary purpose of this role is to handle the day-to-day processing of logistics and purchases for identified OMRON markets. You will work closely with the Regional Procurement Team and the Finance Team, providing relevant information and basic analysis related to the processing activities identified.
Responsibilities:
Liaison with Factories, Suppliers & 3PL:
- Coordinate shipments and ensure that delivery schedules are met consistently, fostering strong relationships across various stakeholders.
Data Management:
- Maintain and ensure all customer and supplier data, along with purchasing records, are accurately updated in our systems to support informed decision-making.
Invoice Verification:
- Review and verify the accuracy of supplier invoices and shipping charges before submitting them to the finance department for processing, ensuring financial integrity.
Customer Support:
- Attend to inquiries from factories, suppliers, and 3PL partners, providing exceptional support and assistance while promoting collaboration within the international team.
