Job Title:  [OMCP-GSSC] Associate I, GSSC AFD

Short Description

The primary purpose of this role is to process APAC region payments in accordance with the policy and procedures. This position works closely with the accounting team and reports to the Payment Factory Team Lead.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for payments related to inter-company, trade/non-trade vendor and staff claims
• Preparation and processing of APAC region payments via Global Payment System or E-Banking systems
• Liaise with internal cross-border Finance team members for payment queries and payment issues.
• Monitor the completion of payment execution till approval in the Global Payment System.
• Acts as backup for other team members within the payment factory
• Any other Payment Team tasks not listed above
