Short Description

Job responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Infra Ops Team to ensure smooth IT infrastructure operations across the APAC region.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and availability.
Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Lead IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to identify infrastructure needs.
Translate requirements into actionable plans and solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure processes and workflows.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure services.
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and agreements.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure configurations, policies, and procedures.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and report on infrastructure performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and issues.
Ensure infrastructure operations comply with relevant regulations and security standards.
Responsible to support IT Audit for infrastructure operations.
Implement security measures and protocols to protect infrastructure assets. At country level , responsible to ensure security incidents are follow-up and closed in timely manner.
Provide guidance, and mentorship to the Infra Ops Team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and project leadership.
Experience in AWS Cloud management for at least 3 years.
