Short Description
A.R.M. a DOLE - licensed manpower agency, in partnership with OMRON Asia Pacific Philippine Branch is seeking a motivated Sales Admin Associate to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be employed under A.R.M. and assigned to OMRON Asia Pacific Philippine Branch to support the growing operations
The Associate – Sales Admin will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, processing sales orders, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities to help achieve overall sales targets efficiently. This is a six month contract position.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide essential support to sales including monitoring, reconciling sales orders and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
2. Provide sales forecast to logistics partner and supply chain team for consignment warehouse
3. Perform inventory reconciliation
4. Create sales invoices, SOC and credit notes using JDE system for online consignment business. Maintain & ensure proper filing of documents as per audit requirements.
5. Reconciliation of sales reports, refunds, fees from multiple ecommerce platforms and collection from customers
6. Review and check invoices/documents. Submit into accounting system for payment processing
7. Support sales manager for any sales development or ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or sales support roles.
- Skilled with MS Office with Intermediate to advance MS Excel capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
