Job Title:  Project Management Senior Engineer

Short Description

As part of the ISS engineering team of a multinational Industrial Automation Company, the role will be to lead strategic and innovative automation solutions projects with a focus on Digital Transformation, IOT, data Solution and Remediation that addresses the needs of Industry 4.0 and beyond. The incumbent will be responsible for key deliverables that are of impact to the business

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for key deliverables that are essential for the inauguration of the Industrial Service Engineering Solutions.
2. Closely monitor and execute project work, ensuring scope and schedule is met.
3. Understand and manage major risks that will affect deliverables and promptly communicate to key team members and stakeholders for escalation.
4. Ensure work done is of quality and in compliance with the automation solution system specifications.
5. Liaise with system integrators, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure procurement of materials and services is according to schedule.
6. Coordinate and manage service and automation solutions training program for customers.
7. Utilize technical skills and capabilities to assist the engineering team in completing key tasks.
8. Lead and manage a team of assigned consultants or contractors allocated to the project.
9. Assist with strategic department led skill up projects such as engineering skill map exercise and publication of Automation Handbook.
10. Coordinate with Engineering team, Sales team and Solution Partner to ensure Proof of Concept demonstrations are carried out successfully for application based on customer needs.
11. Other duties which may be assigned from time to time to achieve corporate objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering Discipline (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering such as Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
• Experience in handling more than 8 projects in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of Industrial Automation Systems used in Manufacturing Industries in the areas of Automotive, FMCG, Digital, Semiconductor and Medical
• Advanced experience using MS suite, including Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Applications Knowledge in Industrial Engineering and Automation
• Able to speak fluent English
• Good negotiator and business analytical skill
• Project Management skills (plan, develop and execute)
• The role requires 25–40% travel outside Jakarta within Indonesia, with occasional international travel as needed.
