Short Description

 

Job Responsibilities:

The Product Category Manager develops, implements, monitors and evaluates marketing plans for several product ranges in the OHS region, with the aim to meet the sales objectives on the short and mid term.

  • Develop, implement and manage marketing (brand activation) plans, projects and tools for new and existing products (including promotion, pricing, place and people) in collaboration with local marketing managers, sales managers, OHQ and business partners.
  • Conduct and analyze market research in order to determine current market conditions, market requirements, competitor information and new market opportunities for existing and new products.
  • Identify and develop new market and business opportunities. Interface with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers to develop product requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate all phases of new product development including research and design, financing, pricing, marketing, sales and distribution.
  • Manage new product launches.
  • Execute marketing plans within the approved budget.
  • Execute new product launch activities in collaboration with OHQ, the sales team, supply chain management team and QA/RA/TCS team.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing and/or equivalent professional qualification
  • 10 years of experience in marketing field
  • Academic working and thinking level
  • Excellent results in brand activation and execution
  • Experienced in customer and market research and project management
  • Product knowledge of devices in the designated sector
  • Proficiency in MS office suite
  • Travelling Requirements: As required
