About the role
The Ecommerce Sales Executive will support in developing the ecommerce business by managing the marketplace activities for our brand, as well as planning and execution of marketing activities.
Job responsibilities:
- Track and compile weekly/monthly sales reports (GMV, orders, discounts) and assist in basic data analysis to help the team with inventory and marketing decisions.
- Support in developing affiliate marketing community by ensuring existing affiliates are well-maintained and seek new opportunities to grow the brand.
- Work closely with selected e-retailers to provide advisory support, ensuring they have the optimal product assortment assets, and campaign insights needed to maximize their store performance.
- Maintain the "day-to-day" of marketplace activities, including managing new listings, monitoring stock levels, adjusting prices, and coordinating with the Enabler for smooth fulfillment.
- Help execute the promotional calendar events (e.g., Payday, Double Date, new product) by setting up vouchers, checking campaign prices, and ensuring all banners are live and correct.
- Maintain regular communication with Marketplace KAMs and Enabler partners to resolve operational issues and support the execution of cross-brand activities.
- Work effectively as a team player, supporting both the local and regional teams on various ecommerce initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
Job requirements:
- Have a min. 3 years of working experience in Ecommerce-related field
- Strong negotiation skills to liaise with marketplace platforms
- Familiar with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads can be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Basic design skill is a plus
- Possess strong attention to details, good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, has a positive attitude and is comfortable working both independently and as a team player
- Comfortable working in tight deadlines and extra hours in a fast-paced environment
