Job Title:  E-Commerce Sales Manager

Short Description

The E-commerce Manager will develop and manage online business in Indonesia, including sales, marketing, content positioning, critical thinking and online channel expansion.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draw up and execute Ecommerce sales and marketing plans in negotiation with online marketplaces and channel partners, considering A&P budget and P&L to achieve profitability and sales growth goals. 
  • Maintain and expand online sales channels to drive traffic to achieve rapid sales growth through Ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Help to develop and implement digital marketing strategy, pilot Ecommerce campaigns with the goal to optimize the result and execution, including creative directions for Ecommerce product contents, graphics and online advertisements.
  • Develop, manage and establish an Omni-channel framework, including workflows, standards and systems for Ecommerce platforms and launch a DTC set up for direct online business growth.
  • Validate and analyze relevant statistical data to identify choices to maximize performance.
  • Lead, support & coach online sales team. 
  • Build strong and collaborative working relationship with other countries around the region.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Ecommerce setting, digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled and experienced in using CRM systems: examples- Salesforce, Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics to drive higher online conversation rates.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in Digital Marketing tools like Google Ads, Google analytics, SEO, CPAS, affiliate marketing, online website and App architecture design is a must. Some experience in LiveCommerce would be a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting always, taking ownership and executing initiatives.
  • Able to identify and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines and extra hours in a fast-paced environment.
