OMRON Healthcare is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager for our EMEA Online Business.

About the role:
The Senior Key Account Manager Online manages sales and budgets for existing customers, ensuring they grow above market and remain profitable in line with annual targets. Furthermore, he/she manages commercial relationships with existing customers whilst also identifying new business opportunities.
The role will be based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.
Employment Type: Full-time

Key activities: 
•    Direct management of existing Online customer.
•    Prospecting and recruitment of new Online customer accounts.
•    Steering sales development and profit growth in line with the objectives set by the Group.
•    Development of a medium- and long-term strategic account plan.
•    Involvement in the development of a strategic annual business plan to achieve sales and earnings targets.
•    Prepare action plans in cooperation with management to expand the business.
•    Plan and comply with annual budgets.
•    Implement pricing policy and launch of new products.

The ideal candidate will have: 
•    7-10 years of relevant sales and key account management experience within the online business 
•    Knowledge and proven track record of Online Sales and/or Key Account Management with major retailers, preferable within Healthcare or Consumer Electronics or FMCG
•    Ability to think at strategic level, as well as roll up your sleeves and implement strategy operationally. 
•    Excellent influence and negotiation skills.
•    Entrepreneurial, innovative, strong analytical skills
•    Result driven, resilience, pro-active mindset, hands-on and action oriented, high awareness of figures about the business. 
•    Good interpersonal skills and customer focus.
•    Outstanding command of English written and verbal.
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
