Join Our Team as a Product Manager!

 

Are you passionate about bringing innovative products to market and enhancing customer experiences? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our team in the Cardiovascular products business unit. This is a pivotal role where you will support the launch of new product propositions in the EMEA region, based on consumer and market insights.

 

The role will be based in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new product requirements and work closely with our headquarters to ensure timely launches in EMEA.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to identify opportunities for innovation and revenue growth.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, bridging the gap between technical teams, sales, and customer-facing roles.
  • Manage new product development, including defining target consumer, product requirements, pricing, channel strategy, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with and support commercial teams in developing strategies for product positioning and market penetration.
  • Execute new product launch activities within the agreed budget in collaboration with various teams.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, and/or engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 2 - 4 years experience in marketing and/or product management, including service and customer-centric business models.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, consumer insights, and product positioning.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to see commercial opportunities and draw practical conclusions from complex market data
  • Experience in project management and working in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Excellent team collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
