OMRON Electronic Components is now recruiting Marcom Administrator to join our team in The Netherlands.
Purpose of the role
Support the online and offline marketing communication activities/projects and help to execute the marketing communications plan. The marketing communications Administrator is required to be inquisitive and accurate in operation to support the projects in collaboration with the Marcom Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
Summary Of Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the realization of an annual marketing communication plan and ensure a proper coordination to give direction to the activities and realize the objectives.
- Ensure the timely execution and coordination of all marketing communication projects/activities from planning to implementation and evaluation.
- Assist in composing reports on status, progress, and realization of activities/projects, including realized budget and lead-time to provide the management with up-to-date management information.
- Supports operational projects are realized within the EU communication guidelines. Ensuring consistency of brand and messages in all communications.
- Execute and adhere to company quality policies and procedures and OGR / JSOX compliance requirements.
Required Education, Specific Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Professional education (Bachelor) in marketing communications or equivalent proven business experience > 2 years.
- Basic experience in project management.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally, cross-country and in teams.
- Good knowledge of all software applications used within the organisation. Familiar or experienced in Adobe applications (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Good knowledge of communication tools and ability to understand the issues to enhance communication with the involved stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B environment is a plus.
- Experience in logistic practices inside and outside of the EU is a plus.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in The Netherlands.
