Join Our Team as a Financial Business Planning Manager!
OMRON Healthcare is seeking an experienced Financial Business Planning Manager to join our International Business (IB) team! If you are passionate about financial strategy and have a proven track record in business planning, we want to hear from you! This is a pivotal role where you will support multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, Asia Pacific) and requires a close collaboration with OMRON Healthcare Corporate team based in Japan.
The role will be based in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance and Market Trend Analysis: Analyse sales and market data to identify trends, forecast demand, and evaluate the effectiveness of key strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for entering new markets or increasing market share in existing markets. Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to identify opportunities for innovation and revenue growth.
- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecast with the aim of optimizing the annual sales revenue growth, profitability and SG&A in IB regions. Analyse historical financial data to identify trends and make projections.
- Variance Analysis: Monitor and analyse variances between Actuals performance and budgeted figures. Provide detailed explanations for significant variances to IB management.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain insightful reports for the IB management team. Reports on critical KPIs to track monthly (i.e. P/L, share of market, etc.). This includes preparing and updating the templates to be used during monthly/ ad hoc business reviews with IB regions.
- Financial Business Partner: Partner with cross-functional and cross-regional leadership teams to support business strategies and initiatives. Provide financial insights to assist in operational decision making.
- Ad Hoc Analysis / Projects: Undertake ad hoc analysis or projects required by the business to support key decision.
- Process Improvement: Standardize and automate financial reporting, improve current processes and tools.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting or accounting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Experience in a multi-national business control function
- Proficiency in financial modelling and spreadsheet applications (Excel)
- Knowledge of relevant ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards) and BI systems
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
- Excellent and effective communication skills.
