About the role:
In this broad, diverse, and dynamic role, you will be supporting our Managing Director, HR Director, and Senior Commercial Director of OMRON Healthcare EMEA. The role will be based in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.
Employment Type: Full-time, minimum 32 hours
Key activities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to designated Directors, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring optimal time management.
- Manage and coordinate business travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings, ensuring alignment with the company's Travel Policy and corporate guidelines.
- Handle Director’s expense management, including travel costs, reporting, and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely approvals.
- Independently manage all communications for designated Directors, including phone calls and emails, while evaluating and comparing options to make informed decisions or recommendations.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, prepare agendas, capture key action points, and ensure timely follow-up on all deliverables.
- Provide project support and, as requested by designated management, independently manage and follow up on projects to ensure successful completion.
- Lead and/or support local NL or EMEA-wide events, smaller and larger ones.
To succeed in the role, you will need:
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience and proven experience as an executive assistant in supporting senior leadership, preferably in a corporate & international environment.
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work with and manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
