Short Description
Job Responsibilities
- Execute Customer Service strategy to establish Customer Service system and SOP.
- Coordinate related internal departments and external partners to fulfill Customer Service demand and achieve KPIs.
- Coordinate related internal departments and external partners to fulfill Customer Service demand and achieve KPIs.
- Implement necessary Technical and Customer Service training to external partners to assure quality of CS service.
- Support Customer Service partners to solve serious or complicated Customer Service demand.
- Analyze internal & external Customer Service data and records to identify key issues and propose solutions for optimization.
- Execute Marketing Activities assigned by Managers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electromedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (low voltage), or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in vendor management specifically related to Physical Product Customer Service and Repair Services.
- Good knowledge for product technical skills, customer servicing and handling complaint skills
- Proficiency in working with data & system
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of service issues
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good English skills, especially excellent in reading and writing.
- Frequent business trips to Hanoi will be required during the initial setup phase.
