Short Description

Job Responsibilities:

The Executive will perform invoicing, check claims, input & file tax calculations & journals.

- Check the invoices and supporting documents in accordance to the Finance policy

Input of journals in the correct general ledger account to ensure accurate financial reports

- Ensure correct tax calculation, issue tax sheet for vendors, report taxes on time in accordance to the schedule and targets

- Enter accurate tax number and percentage to issue invoice and tax slip for distributor

- Ensure that there are no delay in monthly tax reports submission to government

- Record actual fixed assets and depreciation

- Check accounts payable according to the payment condition

Job Requirements:

- Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in finance management or accounting

- Professional Certification:

- Working experience:

- 2 years' experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

- High analytical skills

- Product experience:

- Industry experience:

- IT skill and literacy: Proficiency in MS office suite

- Travelling Requirements: As required
