Short Description
The Sales Support Associate role works closely with distributors for administrative purposes and provides support for all orders, account statuses and other issues.
Job Description:
- Handle daily document transactions and services to customers (issue PO, Invoice, Daily sales report, etc.)
- Coordinate with finance team to proceed custom clearance and incoming tax payment. Manage on-time monthly closing in system.
- Confirm product availability with customers and coordinate with SCM team and warehouse in term of logistic and other related sales issue.
- Provide good customer service, attitude and communication including face to face, telephone and email.
- Support Sales team in administration
- Other duties as assigned such as Service, stock available, product details, pricing and others.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree
Two to four years of experience in sales support/ sales administration
Good English Skills - reading and writing
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Negotiation Skills
