Short Description

Job Responsibilities:

The Associate - General Admin supports full secretarial and administrative support to the Management Team of designated country. Furthermore he/she is responsible for the management of office related services and processes aimed at ensuring a suitable working environment for OHS staff and their activities.

 

- Assist and service the Managing Director pro-actively by providing full secretarial and administrative support, using administrative systems and taking procedures into account.

- Ensure pro-active support in business travel arrangements is provided, including hotel reservations and air tickets, in line with the Omron Healthcare Business Travel Policy.

- Provide administrative support for procurement and contract management, vendor management, health and safety, security, utilities and office set up.

- Manage and arrange business and staff events, conferences, meetings and appointments.

- Assist in projects and upon demand of the Managing Director and Management Team of the designated country, manage and follow up on projects independently.

- Support all other administrative tasks as assigned by Management.

 

 

Job Requirements:

- Academic Qualification: Diploma or Degree

- Professional Certification:

- Working experience:

- Experience in an administrative role

- Experience in facilities management

- Good communication skills

- Proficient in the English and local language, both written and verbal

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Product experience:

- Industry experience:

- IT skill and literacy: Proficiency in MS office suite

- Travelling Requirements: As required
