Short Description
Assistant Manager – E-commerce manages Ecommerce Sales Channel and channel expansion. He/she manages the entire flow process from listing to last mile. He/she is involved in stock and inventory monitoring as well as the arrangement of new product launches. This role needs to develop strategy and action plans on new online platforms and business models to maximize sales growth and market share and optimize profitability.
Job Description:
- Provide market insights and development strategy for business expansion and operation optimization in the online environment to achieve growth target.
- Plan and manage campaigns and daily sales progress to achieve annual sales and profit target.
- Manage PSI forecast with relevant departments to avoid sales loss caused by supply shortage and profit loss caused by excessive inventory.
- Plan and implement new product launches and coordinate pricing strategy with relevant departments to prevent channel conflict.
- Plan and manage expenses spending and KPIs achievement including conversion rate, ROI, customer review etc. to optimize business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate pricing and promotion strategy with relevant departments to create synergy of overall OMRON business.
- Analyze, track and review sales results on a weekly basis.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Ecommerce & digital marketing
- Proficient in MS office software - Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in Vietnam Ecommerce business expansion.
- Skills and experience in Ecommerce campaign ROI management.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting always, taking ownership and executing initiatives.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and extra hours in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
