Short Description

Job Responsibilities

1. IT Strategy Planning and development:
1.1 Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by delivering and supporting strategic IT plans. 
1.2 Liaise with various business teams to plan, form IT strategies and action plans to meet business strategies.
1.3 To work with IT HQ to implement global BC (Business Continuity) specific projects into the business company.
1.4 Review specific country policies (if any) and consult with corporate IT to ensure corporate compliance and IT securities are in place according to local regulations.    
1.5 To ensure IT governance and IT security are formulated for business company specific applications.

2. Budgeting:
2.1 Prepare and manage the department budget. 
2.2 Support to report back the IT budget to Corporate IT.
2.3 Perform negotiation and vendor management

3. Team Management:
3.1 Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
3.2 Coaching, counseling, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures. 
3.3 Responsible for performance of the team by monitoring / reviewing targets assigned to the team. 
3.4 Develop the capability and skills of team members to enhance productivity of the team.
3.5 To retain high potential members via team engagement and recognition.
3.6 Provide leadership and guidance to the team members and communicate effectively.
3.7 Lead IT team and working on in implementing information technologies and solutions.

Job Requirements

- Degree in IT related discipline
- Worked as IT manager in an organization and overseeing the entire operation, governance and cybersecurity of IT landscape
- Experience in leading IT digital transformation projects  
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge on business processes
- Knowledge on project management
- Knowledge on various aspects of running an IT department    
- Strategic thinking
- Good organization skills
- Good communication skills
- Decision making skills
- Logical thinking and good analytical skills
