Short Description

Purpose of position:

As an Assistant Manager for Digital Marketing we are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Professional to join our awesome marketing team! As a Digital Marketing Executive at our company, the individual will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy of the company.
Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so the role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting the candidate to have a hand on experience in digital marketing tools across platforms along with strategy development & Execution of digital marketing strategies with a passion to explore new digital marketing tools and channels.


Responsibilities:

  1.  Develop digital marketing calendar followed by implementation & overall management of digital marketing strategy & activities for the organization. 
  2. Design, Implement & Manage digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (Social Media, SEO, SEM, Social Media, GA, Email, Mobile, Display, Search, programmatic).
  3. Manage and maintain the company’s owned/paid media including websites, mobile apps, email/CRM software, Ad campaigns and validate impact with online customer research.
  4. Prepare and manage the digital marketing A&P with focus on managing ROI and KPIs across the channels incl. Impressions, Engagement & Sales numbers. 
  5. Manage and develop online content incl. Social SEO, SEM , Search & Display Ad campaigns.
  6. Managing External partners/Agencies for content creation & channel management.
  7. Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.

Operating Network:
Internal: Marketing team, Customer Service team, Sales team
External: External Digital Partners i.e. E com Portals like Amazon, Digital Agencies, Market Research companies.

- Technical
- Content Copywriting/Editing /Creative Writing 
- Competitive Analysis
- Video/ Visual Content Strategy Management Inc. Curation/ Conceptualization / implementation.
- Digital paid media advertising incl. GA/OTT/Pragrammatic/PPC
- Digital Marketing Analytics/Strategy
- Email Marketing Strategy.
- Social Management incl. page management/ advertisement & analytics  for Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.
- Google Ads/Analytics
- SEO management incl. Keyword Research
- Marketing Budget/ Campaign Management
- Performance Measurement
- DTC/Website Management with hands on experience in GA / WordPress etc.

Education & Experience:

- Minimum education: Higher vocational / professional education (Bachelor Degree)
- Preferred education: University (Master Degree)
- Minimum experience: 2 - 4 yrs
- Preferred experience: 4 – 7 yrs
