Job Title:  Senior Technical Trainer

Short Description

Job Purpose:
To design training material and deliver effective product training to end customers, OEM, channel partners and internal employees.

Job Responsibilities:
1.    Design and maintain training material:
1.1    Work with the sales and application team to assess the training needs of channel partners / customers and design training programs as per the requirements
1.2    Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
1.3    Design the standard training modules and prepare the annual training calendar
1.4    Prepare the power point presentation including features, purpose, specifications for industrial automation products
1.5    Prepare training agenda for engineering students in educational institutes across India
1.6    Design and maintain the training kits used for hands on sessions and for new product launch
2.    Generate service revenue through training programs:
2.1    Focus on paid trainings to customer to generate the service revenue
2.2    Conduct the refresher course on focused products for internal sales team
2.3    Deliver the training, observe and evaluate results of training programs
2.4    Along with classroom training must be able to conduct online training sessions using tools such as Microsoft Teams, zoom, etc
2.5    Support to prepare training quotation, generate proforma invoice and service invoice submission
2.6     Proactively visit to target customer to promote training service

Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification :B.E./B. Tech or Equivalent. 

Work Experience:
- 7 years of experience in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical & Instrumentation/Electronics
- Should have been in Training field for more than 5 years on Automation, Motion, Networking, SCADA, IOT.
- Experience in conducting Class room training for different levels ( in domain mentioned above)
- Must have working experience in Automation field for more than 3 years (PLC Programming, Hands on experience with HMI/SCADA development, Servo system programming)
- Experience of Vision systems, Safety devices will be added weightage.

Functional Skills:
- Experience in application programming on Motion & Robotics       
- Experience of automation products like PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, SERVO
- Knowledge of Vision & Safety System
- Knowledge of Industrial Networking and communications like Device Net, Modbus, Profit-bus, Profit-net, Ethernet, Ethercat etc
- Knowledge on variety of sensors, photo electric, proximity, components like relay, temperature controller, timer, counter, panel meters etc 

Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

Travel:
- Travel required in the assigned region as per business purpose.
- May need to work on weekends as per customer requirement
