Security Software Engineer

These advancements empower our B2B clients to build state-of-the-art machinery. To strengthen our multicultural team, we are looking for a Security Software Engineer.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Play a pivotal role in multidisciplinary development projects, designing products like Industrial PCs, HMI, and Robotics.
  • Design and implement the next generation of Industrial PCs following the latest secure by design principles.
  • Collaborate with international teams across Europe, the USA, and Japan.
  • Become a champion of our product portfolio, cutting-edge technologies, and secure development processes.
  • Support cybersecurity certification, standardisation and auditing activities.

Who are you?

To excel in this role, you bring a strong technical foundation and proven experience to the table:

  • You have an academic or equivalent degree (minimum BSc) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of work experience.
  • You are proficient in embedded development, including IoT security, with skills in C/C++ programming and experience in RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).
  • You have an interest and/or experience in developing secure product based on secure design, secure testing and secure architecture.
  • You have hands-on experience developing code in Linux environments and are familiar with Agile practices like Scrum or Kanban.
  • You are familiar with modern build automation tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, or GitLab.
  • With a methodical approach, excellent judgment, and strong communication skills, you are result-oriented, responsible, thorough, and proactive in delivering successful outcomes.
