Translate market and customer needs into innovative product concepts and modular designs together with architects and multidisciplinary teams.
-
Drive technical excellence by guiding design teams, reviewing critical designs, and ensuring software quality, scalability, and integration across Robotics, AI, and Vision domains.
-
Develop and integrate software that connects our applications seamlessly with customer infrastructures and industrial networks.
-
Collaborate globally with R&D and product teams in Europe, the USA, and Japan to accelerate innovation and knowledge sharing.
-
Champion our technology and processes, continuously advancing our software development capabilities and product portfolio.

-
You work methodically and analytically, combining sound engineering judgment with strong communication skills.
-
You feel at home in an international, multidisciplinary environment, and communicate effectively in English and Dutch (min. B2 level).
-
You are curious and forward-looking, with interest or experience in areas such as AI/ML, data science, cloud & virtualization (e.g. Docker), or industrial automation technologies like PLCs, motion control, and robotics.
