Short Description
Job Responsibilities
1.Technical Service Support: 40%
1.1Visit customer site for troubleshooting, modifications, maintenance support and machine breakdown.
1.2Study, design, develop application and prepare the technical support plan within the TAT for the customer.
1.3Provide technical support to end users, OEM customers and channel partners on phone/ email/ site visit.
1.4Conduct product demo-presentation, trials to customers.
1.5Conduct product training, maintenance training (robotics) to the customers. 2.Service Business Generation: 40%
2.1Drive service revenue generation through paid support activities.
2.2Promote & generate leads for Robotic AMCs at end users.
3.Commercial Service support: 20%
3.1Prepare service quotation, Proforma Invoice and arrange for service invoice through Suppy Chain department.
3.2Submission of MOM (minutes of meeting) /Field service report, monthly service revenue estimation report.
3.3Visiting shop floor and get the customer feedback on service support and submit the report in time.
3.4Extend the support for customer registration, vendor registration and other agreement related activities.
Job Requirements
B.E. in Electrical/Electronic/Intrumentation OR Equivalent Diploma.
Experience 05+ years in technical service support into automation industry.
Experience in application programming on Motion & Robotics. Experience in installation & commission of Vision & Safety System.
Expereince of automation products like PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, SERVO.
Knowledge of Industrial Networking and communications like Device Net, Modbus, Profi-bus, Profi-net, Ethernet, Ethercat etc.
Knowledge of robot maintenance/repair.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system diagrams, schematics, and user manuals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with clients, understand their requirements, and provide effective solutions
Travel as per business purpose 40%
