Short Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Responsible to achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management.
2.    Responsible to execute & perform basis the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast.
3.    To achieve the targets assigned by the management.
4.    To identify potential customers in the segments of FMCG, Pharma and Food & Beverages.
5.    To foster the sales revenues by offering Omron one stop solutions to OEM, System Integrator, Solution Provider & direct customers (end users) in the Food and Commodities segment across the assigned territory.
6.    Creating account plans for each (KEY) account and manage the execution plan against each of these plans.
7.    Co-ordinate and build positive relationships within different department/s of the organization (Omron) to deliver the best services as per the commitment given to customer, in-line with the customer expectations.
8.    Develop & maintain good network, healthy business relationship with customers and Channel Partners.
9.    Report and MIS preparation.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

  • B.E or equivalent diploma is mandatory and MBA or equivalent in any stream is desirable.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 04+ years of experience of industrial automation sales. Primarily into the FMCG, food & beverages, Pharma segment. 
  • Experience in handling big End users and OEMs in Pharma, FMCG segment. 

Functional competencies:

  • Knowledge of handling PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Vision, Sensing and control components 
  • Robotics product experience would be an added advantage.
  • Competent to independently handle product demos and technical queries for customers.

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details. 
  • Sense of Urgency, target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments.

Travel:

  • To travel across India as per business needs.
