Key Responsibilities
Separation, Business Continuity & Regional Alignment
- Support regional activities associated with the separation from Omron and the transition to Aratas systems, services, and operating models.
- Coordinate regional IT workstreams related to TSA activities, system transitions, user access, vendor onboarding, data migration, and operational readiness.
- Ensure business continuity throughout separation and transition activities.
- Act as the primary regional liaison between business stakeholders and global IT teams.
- Identify and escalate regional risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Support implementation of company-wide technology standards, policies, and governance processes.
Regional IT Operations & Service Delivery
- Lead day-to-day IT operations, service delivery, and user support for the region.
- Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of business applications, infrastructure, and end-user services.
- Coordinate support activities with internal teams and external service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality, responsiveness, and user satisfaction.
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and operational risk management activities.
- Monitor and manage regional IT assets, licensing, and technology lifecycle activities.
Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional business leaders.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to understand business needs and priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology, automation, reporting, and system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
- Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
Projects & Technology Enablement
- Lead or support regional technology projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate deployment of new applications, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Support enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, collaboration tools, reporting platforms, and workflow automation solutions.
- Assist with integration, data quality, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Support future digital transformation and modernization initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Vendor & Financial Management
- Manage relationships with regional IT vendors, service providers, consultants, and technology partners.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, contract administration, service reviews, and issue resolution.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure delivery against agreed service levels.
- Support regional IT budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, and cost management activities.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Team Leadership
- Lead, develop, and mentor regional IT resources.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.
- Support workforce planning and capability development.
- Promote strong collaboration between regional and global teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
- Experience leading projects, vendors, teams, or business technology initiatives.
- Experience supporting business users in a commercial, distribution, manufacturing, or multinational environment.
- Experience working with enterprise business applications such as ERP, CRM, reporting, collaboration, or workflow management systems.
- Understanding of key business processes including order management, customer service, sales operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or finance.
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT service management practices.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data governance, or master data management initiatives.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, middleware, or automation platforms.
- Experience supporting carve-outs, acquisitions, post-merger integrations, or large organizational change initiatives.
- Experience working within global or matrix organizations.
- IT certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco, Cloud, Salesforce, or similar certifications.
