Job Description

 

  • Identify and qualifying new potential accounts by target industrial segments.
  • Scheduling sales activities to focus accounts and key man; conduct initial presentation or demo and understanding customer requirements.
  • Building customer relationship with focus accounts and generates sales lead and opportunity from every customer contacts.
  • Follow up potential opportunities generated from customer; explaining product benefits and service capabilities and closes sales. 
  • Expand and growth sales in existing account by introducing new products, application solution; exploring business collaboration.
  • Monitoring and collect information of market trend, competitor movement, new products strategy to customer
  • Updates product, application and job knowledge by participating in internal and external training program opportunities.
  • Updates sales activities, opportunities ‘status in e-CRM and participate in weekly PDCA meeting, monthly sales meeting and monthly distributors’ MAP meeting; updates individual potential account plan.
  • Working closely with distributors’ sales team in sales process (visit, probe, sales lead, price, objection etc.) and ensure to close sales.
  • Execute action plan by industry tactics and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Expand sales by developing new business opportunity into unexplored accounts or application.
  • Expand sales by exploring/developing new services business opportunity in current focus / non-
  • focus DIGITAL accounts.

 

Requirements:

  • Willing to be based in Penang, & travel whenever required
  • Graduate in Engineering.
  • Sales experience in dealing with customers in Automotive/ Semiconductor/ Food & Commodity industry
