Short Description
Job responsibilities
• Conduct professional Sale-Engineers role and responsibility (as Key Account Manager) to promote Automation in assigned customers to achieve sale revenue and profit.
• Take accountability on individual and team target to reach sale budget and KPI assigned by month, quarter, year target.
• Make the account sale plan and implement it by following company strategy, tactics and directions.
• Responsible for Base Component MRO, Solution and Service Sale with clear target.
• Commit to standard sale activities with consistent customers visit, call.
• Commit to follow PDCA implementation to ensure performance and efficiency.
• Promote account planning as the core sale operation with key customers
• Commit to sale coaching, collaboration with sales and technical team
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related filed
• Having more than 8 years’ experience in Automation Sales function, preferable experiences in Project sales and solution sales
• Knowledge in sales management, preferable in the food and commodity industry
• Knowledgeable in Sales forces systems
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer challenges
• Being Required to travel domestically as necessary
