Long Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Analyze sales data and trends to formulate effective strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the digital sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Involve and attend key budget setup in Short Term Plan (STP) and strategic planning and implementation on Mid Term Plan (MTP).
- Implementing monthly PDCA to proceed effective sales activities with the related organization including Sale Reports.
- Commit to sale forecast management with proper plan.
- Manage product price management policy to balance customer growth and the company profit to ensure overall profitable growth.
- Monitor accounts receivable, potential risk, credit line, identify potential and risk issues and formulate the corresponding measure to minimize AR issue
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related filed
- At least 10 years of working experience in Sales function with team management experience
