Job Description

1. Conduct sale-engineers role and responsibility to promote automation business in assigned customers /industry ( EM, Digital, F&C, Pharma, Logistics, Others) to acheive sale revenue and profit.
2. Take responsibility on individual target to reach sale budget and KPI assigned by month, quarter, year.
3. Make sale plan and implement account sales team follows industrial strategy, tactics and directions.
4. Responsible for base/ solutions and services sale with clear target.
5. Commit to standard sale activities with consistent customers visit, call , demonstration and presentation.
6. Commit to follow PDCA implementation to ensure performance and efficiency.
7. Promote account planning as the core of sale operation with key customers coverage as a part of GIS ( Global Industry Strategy ) implementing.

Requirement :

High Vocational Degree on electric, electronics, mechanical degree (Bachelor Degree of Engineering preferred)
Proven 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial automation and related field.
Knowledge of industrial technology such as automation, robots, vision system and key products such as sensors, temperature control and components.
Able to read/write /present in English
