Short Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible to prepare and execute aggressive sales plans and achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management.
  2. Responsible to implement & monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast.
  3. To manage the targets assigned by the management.
  4. To foster & monitor sales revenues by offering Omron one-step solutions to OEMs & direct customers in Automotive segments. 
  5. Creating account plans for each (KEY) account and managing the execution plan against each of these plans.
  6. Identify potential customers in OEMs & End User segments and maintain the relationships with the existing customers in the assigned region.
  7. Intra-department coordination with the organization (Omron) to deliver the best services & solutions as per the commitment given to customers.
  8. Responsible to develop action plans to enhance the sales of the assigned region.
  9. To develop & maintain a healthy relationship with System Integrators and Channel Partners.
  10. Work with horizontal functions to identify new application solutions to promote sales growth. Execute plans through the required application and sales teams.
  11. Respond promptly to sales requests for customer engagement needs.

Job Requirments:

  • Qualification: B.E OR Equivalent Diploma, MBA in any stream will be an added advantage.      
  •  Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales portfolio in the Industrial Automation Industry, handling OEM and End-user customers in the Automotive segment.
  • Should have core functional knowledge of Industrial Automation Products like PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Safety, and Robotics.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, and Excel.
  •  Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details. 
  •  Sense of Urgency, target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments.
  • Competent to handle product demos and Technical queries for customers.
  • Needs to travel across Karnataka for business purposes.
