Short Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. General Admin:
1.1 Ensure complete travel and meeting management of company’s Managing Director(MD). 
1.2 Coordinate and manage travel and accommodation arrangements for the expats and assist the admin department in processing FRRO for the expat employees. 
1.3 Interact with both internal and external stakeholders for the requirements of any business needs
1.4 Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications (electronic + non-Electronic)  on behalf of the MD.
1.5 Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner with other departments of the company. 
1.6 Responsible for end to end calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings. 
1.7. Ensure all the confidential material is being handled as per the requirements

2. Reports:
2.1 Daily / monthly / quarterly and annual business reports to internal stakeholders 
2.2 Assist the MD with preparation of presentation materials and documentation. 
2.3 Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as per the necessity.  
2.4 Support to the business planning department to timely submission of reports in prescribed format. 

3.Employee engagement support:
3.1 Organise the office engagement programs like cake cutting, festival celebration, employee engagement, etc.

Job Requirements:
• Academic Qualification: Graduation in any stream
• Working experience: 5+ years of experience 
• Functional Competencies:

  • Data Analysis & Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Expert level skills of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings 

Behavioral Competencies: Expert level in English verbal and written Communication skills with an eye for detail.
